2. I highly recommend getting some great pictures of you and online business card. Remember that the way you will look on your business card, that is how people will remember you and think of you when they will need help.

3. One of the best techniques to get clients online is to answer their questions. Imagine that you are a costumer and you are looking for an answer and I give you an answer with my information. Most chances you will call me because no one else gave you the answer but me. A great place to start is www.Trulia.com and yahoo.com. In both websites there are sections to answer questions of potential buyers and sellers. I guarantee it will work for you.

4. Search engine optimization. This is the best way to get target traffic online these days. Google will get you some really good traffic, but you will need a website for that. I think this is your best option to brand your name, get local traffic fro people that are searching for you and become a pioneer in Real estate.

I think these 4 real estate marketing ideas will get you busy for few months. Take your business serious because there so many people out there that are looking for you.
