Abstract

Objective:Through studying and comparing the differences of teachers and students? opinions on medical ethics and current cituation of medical ethics education, knowing outstanding issues and interesting teaching methods in this area. Compare the view of higher Education teachers and clinical teaching teachers with students about evaluation of medical ethics and medical ethics education as well as the differences in teaching methods. Found that the current shortcomings in medical ethics education and the current outstanding problems in medical agencies, so as to provide reference for government and the health administrative departments to develop appropriate policies. Targeted for providing the basis for medical ethics education in the future. Method:adapted to the stratified sampling method,133 medical colleges teachers,82 political counselor,90 medical clinical teachers of affiliated hospitals and 244 students of in Xinjiang xx medical colleges as a research intern object were collected. relevant content with the evaluation medical ethics of medical staff in ?medical ethics on medical staff appraisal system established guidance (Trial)? issued in 2007 by Administration of the Ministry of Health was used to designed questionnaires with visual analog scale method, and apply SPSS13.0 statistical software for data analysis..Result:university teachers including clinical teachers and students believe more than 80% medical staff in medical ethics is good; The different nationalities and genders on the teachers? evaluation of the current medical staff medical ethics are basically same, no significant differences.teachers (including teachers and counselors) compared with clinical teaching teachers were significant different in score of each index of medical ethics evaluation, the average score of clinical education teachers is higher than the full-time teachers significantly; compare the associate professors and above with lecturers were significant different, the average score of associate professor and above was higher than the lecture in each index. Different majors concern about the evaluation of medical ethics is inconsistent. Students major in clinical score greater than the nursing profession, nursing students score higher than health management majors. the medical ethics education of university was recognized by most of the teachers and students, but the teachers in the norms had less understanding of the means of implementation upon the ethics of medical staff. the moral education of medical students in the degree of satisfaction is not very high; compare the teachers with clinical teaching teachers in medical ethics education, most of index was significant different. Students in different majors concern about evaluation of medical ethics education was no significant difference. The teachers and clinical teachers in higher education who were surveyed had the view of the social criticism doctor?s is 57.4% more than praised, less than 20% had the view of worship and respect, the surveyed 244 medical students,40.5% had the view of doctor is worship and aspire, the 21.4% prefor the doctor deserve respect, much higher than the views of this group of teachers; 43.5% of teachers agreed that the problem of medical ethics education in current is lack of sufficient interaction between teachers and students, poor teaching methods accounted for 35.4%, outdated teaching content accounted for 16.1%; The discuss teaching method are most intested by students which is accounting for 96.9%; teachers and medical students in the top three on some unhealthy tendencies in the area of health view are:institutional issues, gifts, money or a dinner party from the patient should not be accepted and severe damage to the the social image of medical staff. All of those in the survey,73.5% of respondents found that medical staff have bad medical ethics act, the highest is Higher Education teachers (86.5%), the lowest (40%) is clinical teaching teachers. Medical ethics in all of the bad behavior,50% of the respondents found that bad behaviors like receiveing drugs and other medical ethics commission, bad attitude followed which result in adverse effects,44.1% of respondents have found such acts have been found. The respondents think that the most profound and most effective medical ethics education in the top three are clinical teachers in the order of words and deeds, deeds of social practice and live briefing. Conclusion:The different types of university teachers and medical students from various disciplines have significantly different views on the situation of medical ethics of the medical staff; majority of respondents were dissatisfied with the current medical ethics education and their effects, and also worry about the existing adverse medical ethics, nearly two-thirds of respondents had seen bad behavior of medical staff concern with medical ethics, it is suggested that the community should carry out more extensive ethics education, selected ethics education methods should be attention to the effect of education..
