John G. Udell, president, announced that senior vice president, Ronald M. Mahr celebrates this year 35 years as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Being a SIOR member is a prestigious professional designation representing the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the industry.
Mahr joined SIOR in 1978; and in 2009 was inducted into SIOR?s ?Legacy Circle? in Toronto, Canada. He served a five-year term as a national director of SIOR and as chairman of the Public Relations and Advertising Committee. In 1990, he was the president of the New Jersey Chapter of SIOR.
Mahr has had a long and successful career in real estate personally selling and leasing over 10 million square feet of commercial buildings.
He specializes in the sale and lease of industrial, retail and office properties throughout Northern New Jersey.
