NEW YORK - Shares of some top oil companies are down at 10 a.m.:
BP PLC fell $.46 or 1.1 percent, to $42.91.
Chevron fell $1.47 or 1.4 percent, to $103.28.
ConocoPhillips fell $.55 or .7 percent, to $74.81.
Exxon Mobil Corp. fell $.97 or 1.1 percent, to $83.86.
Marathon Oil Corp. fell $.20 or .7 percent, to $30.34.
