I love shoes ? I always have been a shoe person. As I grew up, my biggest disappointment when shoe shopping was that not many stores had the ?cutest? shoes in my size (I wear a 10) and the ones that they did have were never really comfortable. I found Alegria Shoes, and was immediately taken in by their great looking shoes and the claim to provide ?comfortable shoes?. I knew that I had to find out for myself.

I had a hard time picking a pair of shoes from their wide and colorful collections. I loved their sandal, but I also really liked their huge line of clogs. Because it was still cold here when I was trying to make up my mind, I decided that open toed sandals were a must to help ?bring in? the warm weather!

I ending up choosing the Alegria Carina Burnished Black Thong Sandal ? and I love it! This sandal features a mild rocker outsole and superior arch support, in a great looking thong sandal. The black leather sandal is embellished with beautiful iridescent abalone tiles, that catch your eye and make these sandals extra special.

I was so excited to try them on ? the big test would be not only the fit, but how comfortable they were. I was beyond impressed! These sandals feel like they were made just for my feet. They are so comfortable! There is no ?break in? period ? they are ready to wear as soon as you take them out of the box. I honestly couldn?t believe it.

Alegria creates comfortable shoes with an anatomically correct patented interlocking footbed system with arch support loaded with latex, memory foam & cork to yield a ?perfect fit? every time by forming to the natural contours of the foot, giving each user their own customized fit. Footbed is removable and available in medium and wide widths.

These sandals also improve my posture. I noticed it right away that I was standing a little bit straighter, and my back felt better because of it. I didn?t realized that the mild rocker outsole is designed to ?induce a normal walking motion while naturally toning leg muscles. It also benefits users by promoting a perfect posture, reducing stress on muscles, joints and back, giving you energy all day long.? It really does this! I wear these sandals everywhere ? on walks, to the mall, grocery shopping ? and I never notice any strain on my feet or back.

These have quickly become my favorite pair of shoes, and I know that I will purchasing more to get me through the cold weather!
