A growing health care product business is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist our members in selecting? appropriate medical garments from a wide range of products such as compression stockings and armsleeves for the treatment of symptoms such as peripheral swelling from lymphoma or breast cancer, edema, diabetes, blood clots, neuropathy and varicose veins. We prize individuals who are patient, caring, intelligent and able to memorize and explain a large catalog of products. We are especially interested in applicants with a minimum of two years of college, bilingual, and have some basic medical knowledge or experience selling high?end medical products or services.??
Requirements
Ability to work? Mon- Fri (8:30 AM-?5:30PM or 9:30AM ? 6:30PM) with some flexibility for weekend work if needed. You must be articulate, have a great telephone voice and enjoy patiently working with customers who need and will appreciate your assistance.??Experience in an e-commerce environment and or web site marketing is a huge plus.? Location: Van Ness Metro? Compensation: S 14 perhour during?three months probationary period.? Salary increase and generous benefits after probation period.
