Business Analyst - Harvey Nash HNIT Job Search Details page

I am currently looking for an experienced and resourceful Business Analyst who is looking to secure a 3month contract with a well respected and growing business in Manchester.

The role will see you taking responsibility for producing requirements specifications to support the delivery of a new CRM System which is likely to be RightNow CRM. Specific experience of delivering CRM solutions is not essential, however would be seen as desirable and an advantage.

Further to the above, you will analyse the "as is" systems and defining the new system "to be" specifications within an agile development team, utilising the appropriate UML techniques including case diagrams, sequence diagrams, swimlanes, artifacts, workflows etc To be considered you will have experience of interpreting static and dymaic content managment requirements, defining data storage and reporting need whilst also interpreting business functional requirements and process modelling through collaborative working with stakeholder representatives at a senior level.

As previously mentioned exposure to CRM, Content Management, Business Rules engines, Customer Engagement platforms, Multi variate testing tools and web analytics tools would be highly desirable, however you MUST be a sold Business Analyst with experience of the full development lifecycle and the ability to interpret requirements to put together functional and non functional requriements, assiting the development team to translate into outline solution designs following UML techniques.
