If you find it hard to keep track of when your favorite shows are on TV, free service TVRage can help you keep track in nearly any way you desire.
My life certainly doesn't revolve around my favorite TV shows, but since I have no idea what day or time any of them are actually on, it's nice to have a reminder of when the TiVo's housing a new episode ripe for watching. TVRage lets you pick your favorite shows, then plug it into your own custom RSS feed or iCal calendar, which you can import into your favorite RSS reader or calendar program, respectively.
