Kharafi Global is a restaurant development company based in Kuwait that owns and operates multiple concept restaurant venues throughout the Gulf region. We work with local and international design firms and require the talents of a project architect who will be responsible for design, planning and directing each phase of assigned projects through to completion; directing creative personnel, resources, processes, and is accountable for the design quality of each project managed, adherence to established budgets and schedules, and rationalisation of design solutions to decision makers.

• create and contribute to inspired project design and development
• drawing production and generation of 3D drawings
• develop and track project budgets
• project management ? interact with the project team members to ensure smooth work-flow
• coordinate day-to-day relationship with design architect and report directly to the CEO
• schedule project support as needed and manage the process in accordance with internal policy

Required:

• four plus years experience in an architecture firm working for commercial interior projects
• graduate of architecture and knowledgeable experience of project management
• must be a team player who is willing to accept a full range of responsibilities and roles
• ability to manage coordination of several projects against rigid timelines
• troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide solution to site issues
• proficient in AutoCAD programs and 3D
• ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• ability to efficiently interface with project team and clients
• shows initiative, pro-activity, and ownership of projects
• written and oral communication skills in English
