Holland Carpenter's role
So far AtlasAntrium is the only rper who've I've allowed to create an outside character for this RP.

Basically this is why; after the espers who are against EVO escaped, the time machine that they fled in has been ripped apart and crashed in a crop field outside of a large Victorian city. A few or more of the teens are bound to be more or less wounded due to the crash. The crop field that they've landed in belongs to a Holland Carpenter. You can basically guess his role from that point, really.
