Our client is a top-tier investment firm.

Job description
The group provides financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of the firm. Currenlty seeking an executive to perform accounting and financial reporting functions for certain subsidiaries and other group entities.

??Prepare and/or review account analysis (including revenue estimates, expense accruals), journal entries and cash wires.
??Prepare and/or review account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
??Perform variance analysis of monthly financial results including balance sheet and income statement.
??Assist tax department with quarterly income forecasts and preparation/sign off of tax returns for assigned entities.
??Prepare and review quarterly/annual financial statements.
??Assist in external audit process and internal audit and risk management reviews.
??Perform special projects as requested by management which may include new product analysis, due diligence for potential acquisitions, project management and integration/process improvement activities.
??Accounting research and written assessment/implementation/resolution of new accounting pronouncements and complex accounting issues for Americas region.

Who we are looking for
??BA/BS in Accounting.
??5-7 years of accounting experience.
??Public accounting experience preferred.
??Knowledge of IFRS.
??Accounting and finance experience in the investment management or financial services industry.
??Strong computer skills in Excel, and Word and ability to learn PeopleSoft general ledger and related report writing tool (Microstrategy
